Terms
Last updated: October 31, 2026
A Little App is run by its founder from California, United States. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of A Little App. They cover the site, the apps hosted on it, and the tools for publishing. By opening an app, creating an account, or publishing, you agree to them and to our Privacy. Questions go to support@alittle.app.
Early access
A Little App is in early access. Things will change, break, and sometimes be reset. We may delete data, remove apps, or end early access at any time, and we will tell you when we can. Feedback you give us is ours to use. We may hand this agreement over to a company that takes over A Little App, and we will tell you if that happens.
Who can use it
Anyone can open an app from a link. You need an account to publish or to host a room, and you must be at least 13 to create one. Under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you and answers for what you do here.
Your account
Give us a working email address. Keep your sign-in, your publish keys and any coding agent you connect under your control. Whatever is done with them counts as done by you until you tell us something was used without your permission. Revoke a key or an agent on your Publish keys page when you no longer trust it.
Opening and joining apps
What you enter into an app is yours. We keep it so the app finds it again, on this device and, once you sign in, on your others. An app sees you only as a nickname and an id made for that app, never your email. A room is hosted by one signed-in person who decides who gets the invitation and can close it.
Publishing an app
Publishing is by invitation during early access. When you publish, you confirm that the app is yours to publish or properly licensed, that it holds no secrets or hidden behaviour, that it collects nothing about people beyond what its page declares and nothing from children under 13, and that it follows the rules below. An app your coding agent built is yours to answer for.
You keep ownership of your app. You give us permission to store, serve, copy, screenshot, check and show it, with your maker name, so we can run the site, keep it safe, and present it in the Library. The permission lasts while the app is published and a little after, for backups and records. We will not sell your app, license it to anyone outside A Little App, or use your name to suggest you endorse us. You give the people who open your app the right to use it here.
What people enter into your app belongs to them, not to you. Your app may send information to an outside service only if its page declares that service, and you are responsible for what that service does with it.
You can take your app down at any time. We can remove or hide an app that breaks these terms, the law or someone's rights, or that puts people or the site at risk, and we tell you why unless we cannot. Listing an app is not a promise that it is safe or correct.
Rules
Do not use A Little App for anything illegal, for content that harasses, deceives or sexualizes minors, or for collecting people's information without telling them. Do not upload malware, break into or overload the service, scrape it or other people's apps, inflate thanks, follows or visits, impersonate anyone, or resell access. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
Copyright
If an app uses your work without permission, email support@alittle.app with the app's link, what is yours, and how to reach you. We take infringing material down and close the accounts of repeat infringers. A maker whose app was removed by mistake can write to the same address.
No promises, and a limit
A Little App and every app on it are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be available, error-free, or kept the way it is, that data will not be lost, or that any app is safe, correct or lawful. Apps are made by their makers, not by us.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profits, or for what apps made by other people do, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here removes a right the law does not let us remove. If someone brings a claim against us because of your app, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, you will cover it.
Disputes
If we have a dispute, we first try to work it out: write to support@alittle.app and we will answer, and we both give it 60 days. After that it goes to individual arbitration in California under the American Arbitration Association's consumer rules, not to court and not as a class action, except that either of us can use small claims court or ask a court to protect intellectual property. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms. California law governs these terms.
Ending
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or end your access for breaking these terms or where the law requires it, and we say why unless we cannot.
Changes
We may change these terms. If we change them in a way that reduces your rights, we give at least 14 days' notice by email or on the site before it takes effect; other changes take effect when posted. If you do not agree, take your apps down and stop using A Little App.
